NoteUtah HB 209 (House 62-13, Senate along party lines, Mar 5-6, 2026) requiring DPOC for state election registration. Gov. Cox took action on remaining bills Mar 26, 2026; no veto issued — HB 209 is law. Federal-form registrants limited to federal races without DPOC. ACLU of Utah opposed.
