NoteNo enacted DPOC law as of Apr 2026. HB 534 (SAVE-program citizenship verification) was folded into omnibus HB 139, which passed Senate 31-6 and House concurrence 76-17 on Mar 31, 2026. HB 139 also eliminates Social Security/benefits cards as voter ID and raises donation limits. Headed to Gov. Beshear (D); veto possible. Effective 1/1/2028 if signed.
